1. The Workshop Guide including abstracts of lectures by peioneers and all presentations is available for downloading.
2. The paper submission procedure has been modified and the authors can now submit their manuscript and/or copies of their powerpoint presentations in PDF format. Details are discussed in the paper submission link.
3. The deadline for submission of matrial to be included in the CDROM Proceedings is now December 22, 2003. No extension will be permitted in order to distribute the Proceedings at the time of the workshop.
4. Registration for at least one author per paper has to be completed before December 22, 2003 in order the material to be included in the CDROM and be part of the Technical Program. There will be no exceptions to this.
5. Notification of acceptance has been mailed out on Wednesday, November 12, 2003.
