Special Workshop in Maui (SWIM): Lectures by Masters in Speech Processing will be held at the Maui Prince Resort and Hotel Conference facilities on Hawaiian of Maui. Information on the Maui Prince Resort and Hotel can be found at: www.mauiprince.com

1. Guests coming from all countries outside of Japan:
A. Hotel accommodations will be handled through this website by downloading the registration form: HotelReservationForm.pdf.

B. We have negotiated a 50% discount in room rates at this exquisite resort.
The FAMILY PLAN: Run of the Ocean Rooms: USD175.00 plus tax for a maximum of two (2) children under 18 years of age at no charge when sharing room with two (2) adults, utilizing existing bedding. Published rate for the same room is USD350.00. After completing the form please fax it to:

E. Guests coming without without their family members can share a room another guess by following the procedure described below. (Guests coming from Japan.)

2. Guests coming from Japan: JTB Corp. has been appointed as the official travel agent for the workshop and will handle the air/hotel accommodations for the attendees and guests coming from Japan. The hotel portion of the package for the period will be USD90.00 plus tax per night per each person based on double occupancy. Double occupancy rule will be strictly enforced. In addition, JTB has a number of airfare packages specially discounted for this event. Attendees and guests are urged to contact JTB at their earliest convenience since they are given a small block of rooms at this rate. The last day for the guaranteed rate is again December 11, 2003. After that JTB will continue to honor this price on availability basis.
