Important Dates

1. Brief Summary of the paper and a letter of intent to participate are due on October 17, 2003. Please send them by email to Hüseyin Abut: abut@akhisar.sdsu.edu or Kazuya Takeda: takeda@nuee.nagoya-u.ac.jp (It has passed.)
2. Notification of acceptance will be mailed out by October 31, 2003.
3. Full paper and/or powerpoint slides in PDF format to be received by December 22, 2003.
